We will explore color palettes, style direction, architectural detail, space planning, and furniture & lighting selections. We will review magazine clippings, finish samples, possible product selections, preliminary space plans, create sketches and color schemes.

Whether you are starting from scratch or renovating an existing space you will need plenty of time to design and build your dream home. The design process will be followed in great detail to get everything you want.

Payment

Fees

Our projects are billed hourly and services are initiated with a retainer. Custom commissions such as furniture or lighting are billed at an hourly rate for design services and cost-plus rate for production.

Fee Structure

  • • Full-service interior design work is billed at an hourly rate.
  • • An estimate is provided by H&H once the scope of work is determined.
  • • A retainer is required to begin work, which is applied to the last invoice at the completion of a project.
  • • Invoices are e-mailed on a monthly basis.
  • • New projects require a 25 hour minimum.
